Desiccated Coconut and Coconut Flour - are produced from mature coconuts and the white coconut meat is then granulated into the various desired sizes and cuts and dried.  Different cuts are available like the Macaroon, Medium, Flakes, Fancy Shred, Chips or as Coconut Flour.  It also comes either as Toasted, Sweetened, or Sweetened Toasted.  Our product is "Organic Certified".
